RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

Adela May Beauty ensures 100% customer satisfaction for your purchase and our policy states that you can return your order with 30 days of purchase and meet the following requirements below:

*Your  item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
*Your item must be in the original packaging.
*To process your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

Once your item is received, we will send you an email notification to confirm your received item. If applicable, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS:

Please check directly with your credit card company or financial institution as it may take longer before you see a refund posted. For further assistance please email us at customerservice@adelamaybeauty.com

EXCHANGES:

To be eligible for an exchange, only defective or damaged items are applicable. If you still need help, please email us at customerservice@adelamaybeauty.com

SHIPPING RETURNS:

Please note, shipping costs are non refundable and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Adela May Beauty cannot guarantee your returned items will arrive successfully. For larger orders, we kindly suggest you use a tracking shipping service when shipping a return.
